Refund policy
Final Sale Items: All made-to-order items, such as tees, candles, pajamas, sweatshirts, and custom jewelry, are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns.
Refunds and Store Credit: Once an item is purchased, no refunds will be issued. Only store credit will be provided, even if the items have not yet shipped. This applies to accidental orders or unauthorized purchases.
Custom Printing Timeline: Custom printed items may take 10-15 business days to process, depending on whether products need to be ordered in (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
Exchanges: Due to inventory flow, we do not offer exchanges—only store credit is available.
Order Accuracy: Buyers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including sizing and shipping addresses, are correct before completing the purchase. Once the order is finalized, no edits or cancellations are possible.
Email Access: Ensure you have access to the email account used to place the order, as we cannot send order information to alternate email addresses.
Special Requests: To guarantee fast shipping, we do not accept special requests for orders. All orders are processed as placed.
Return policy
Eligible Items: All clothing can be returned within 5 days of receiving the item.
Return Request: Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of receiving the item(s). For example, if the item is received on the 18th, the return request must be made by the 20th, and the item must be in the mail by the 23rd. If the 5th day falls on a weekend, items must be shipped out by the Friday before, so please plan accordingly.
Return Process: All return claims must be filed through the return portal listed below. Returns requested via email will not be accepted.
Store Credit: Store credits are issued within 3 Fridays of receiving the returned item. If an item is received on a Friday, the store credit will be issued 3 Fridays from the following Friday.
Conditions for Returns:

- Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.
- The items must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Restock Fees & Refusals: We reserve the right to refuse customer returns due to a high number of return requests or other issues, and we may apply a higher restock fee in certain cases.
Return Shipping Costs: Returns are made at the buyer's expense. If an item is “refused” or returned to the sender, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund due to restocking costs. If an item is returned damaged, the buyer is responsible for any additional costs.
Return to Sender: If items are returned to the sender due to incorrect addresses or other issues, new shipping costs will need to be paid before re-sending the item.
