Shipping policy

Processing Time:

  • Our processing time is 8-10 business days.
  • Business hours are 9 AM - 4 PM (Monday and Wednesday) Phoenix time.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM on business days will be processed the following day.

Shipping Method:

  • All orders are shipped via First Class USPS.
  • USPS Priority Mail can be added for an additional cost.

Expedited Shipping:

  • If expedited shipping is selected, please note that this only speeds up the transit time and does not affect processing time.

Shipping Costs:

  • Some items may be heavier and incur additional shipping costs. In such cases, a separate invoice will be sent, and this will be noted in the item description.
  • Shipping costs may exceed estimates provided at checkout, and the difference will be invoiced if necessary.

Geographic Restrictions:

  • We currently ship and sell only within the United States.
  • If you live outside the U.S., tell us more. We'd love to know who you are, where you live and how you found us. 

Buyer Responsibilities:

  • All fees incurred are the buyer's responsibility. Please keep this in mind when shopping, as we do not cancel orders due to shipping costs.
  • All purchases are made at the buyer's risk. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they leave our store.
  • If orders are placed separately, shipping costs will not be refunded due to incurred costs and shipping increases.

Address Confirmation:

  • Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot change the address once an order is complete.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, it will be at the buyer’s expense to reship. All costs incurred due to a wrong address are the buyer's responsibility.
  • If new shipping is not paid within 20 days, the item will be restocked, and credit will be applied to the buyer's account.

Returns and Lost Items:

  • We cannot guarantee that returns or refused items will be returned to us at this time.
  • We are not responsible for lost items if you check out through another source (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). If you want coverage for your item, you must request it; otherwise, you are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
