By placing an order, the buyer accepts, understands, and agrees to the following terms:
Final Sale Items
Exclusives - Made to Order
- All holiday items are final sale.
- All purchases using a return/store credit code (full or partial) from a previous return are final sale.
All Footwear
- In instances where returns are accepted, items must be shipped in the original box within another layer of packaging. A 30% restock fee will apply.
Custom Orders/Preorders
- Custom sizing orders are final sale and cannot be canceled. These orders can take up to 2-4 weeks for us to receive, so please consider this when ordering.

- Swimwear
- Shoes
- Purses and purse straps
- Backpacks and bags

- Stickers
- Bedding and blankets
- Custom orders
Items Sold at Shows
- Items sold at shows are final sale due to a percentage of sales being commonly donated. These items are sold "as is." In some instances where a final sale is accepted for return, a 30% fee will apply.
Once you check out with a final sale item, it is final sale—no exceptions.
The buyer acknowledges they have read and agreed to the policies listed below, which include restock fees, final sale items, return policies, sales restrictions, collection descriptions and restrictions, return time frames, insurance coverage, and more.
It is the buyer's responsibility to read the policy before completing checkout, especially if using the fast pay option.
